LetsVPN Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of LetsVPN Services. Please read them carefully when visiting the LetsVPN website, before you register, download, install, or use LetsVPN Services, including LetsVPN software, mobile applications, and any services provided through our software, application, or otherwise.
The Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LetsVPN. By visiting the website, registering for, installing, or using LetsVPN Services on any platform or device, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not install or use our software, mobile application, products, or services.

The Scope of Software Licensing
A. Users can install, use, display, and run the software on PC and mobile phones.
B. Reserved rights: all rights not expressly authorized are still owned by the LetsVPN team. Users must obtain additional written consent when using other rights.
C. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, separate terms may apply to partner services or other LetsVPN services. If the user uses those Services, it is deemed acceptance of the relevant Terms of Service.
User Instructions
A. Users agree to obtain LetsVPN software and use LetsVPN Services from official channels, and bear losses or liabilities caused by themselves, including account password loss and account disputes.
B. LetsVPN Account
a. You are responsible for keeping your LetsVPN account information confidential. You may not share your password or account access information with any other party, and you accept responsibility for all activities under your account or password.
b. If disputes occur regarding account ownership, LetsVPN may make an independent judgment based on the initial personal registration data. If the data is unauthentic, incomplete, or impossible to verify, LetsVPN Team has the right to manage the disputable account.
c. If the user leaves an account unused for a long time, LetsVPN has the right to manage this account.
d. Users acknowledge and agree that our accounts allow deletion. After deletion, associated data will be permanently erased, the account cannot be recovered, and users are responsible for any data loss or other consequences.
C. To protect user information and account security, account transfer and renting are prohibited. Disputes or losses from private account rental are borne by the user, and LetsVPN reserves the right to pursue legal liability for violations.
D. We do not log user activity such as sites visited, DNS lookups, or emails. We only log access attempts to our servers for troubleshooting and service improvement. We do not give your personal information to third parties.
Acceptable Use Policy
A. You agree to use our Services for lawful purposes only and to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy. You agree:
a. NOT to delete copyright information or contents on this software or copies.
b. NOT to modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on LetsVPN Services.
c. NOT to attempt to manipulate the LetsVPN name, services, or products.
d. NOT to use our Services to violate applicable laws, regulations, ordinances, or government requirements.
e. NOT to use the software for spam, port scanning, open proxy scanning, open relay scanning, unsolicited email, or bulk email.
f. NOT to use the Services to host content, links, or advertisements that infringe third party proprietary rights.
g. NOT to harm LetsVPN stability, network security, or other users' experience through probing, attacks, abuse, spam, protocol analysis, or abnormal high long-term network occupancy.
B. Users are responsible for knowing and understanding relevant laws. LetsVPN is not liable for user actions beyond amounts paid to LetsVPN by a concrete individual. Violations may result in account termination without refund and responsibility for damages, outside charges, attorney's fees, and costs.
Privacy Policy
LetsVPN's core mission is to keep your information private. We are committed to consumer privacy protection. LetsVPN does not collect or log traffic data, browsing activity, email address, phone number, or personal information from individual users connected to the Services.
Our software utilizes the third party diagnostics service Fabric to identify service issues and problems inside our Services. The information collected is generic and does not contain personally identifiable information.
We use third party cookies, pixels, and analytics tools to track sales promotions and advertisements. The information collected is generic and does not contain personally identifiable information.
Software Replacement, Modification and Updates
LetsVPN has the right to replace, modify, and update the software to enhance user experience. These changes may include bug fixes, enhanced functions, new software modules, and new versions. You agree to receive such updates as part of your use of the Services.
Subscriptions
By subscribing to the Services, you become a subscriber for the license period you choose. LetsVPN reserves the right to amend subscription fees or institute new fees with reasonable advance notice posted on the Site or sent via email. Pricing changes will not affect the current subscription period and become effective upon renewal.
Once the virtual product is sold, it can be regarded as acceptance of our Terms of Service. The company does not accept unreasonable refund requests.
Disclaimers
A. We do not warrant that the Services will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error free, or that defects will be corrected. You access the Site and Services at your own discretion and risk.
B. The Services attempt to be available except during maintenance and repair, but may be unavailable due to emergencies, third party failures, transmission issues, equipment or network limitations, interference, signal strength, or factors beyond our control.
C. Third party service or technology may be involved in our software with legal authorization. Disputes relating to third party service or technology shall be resolved by the third party.

A. If any part of this Agreement is invalid, it will not affect the validity of other terms.
B. We do not warrant that Services will meet your requirements because actual locations, broadband carriers, service coverage, speeds, and quality may vary.
C. LetsVPN reserves the right to interpret this Agreement. When you click install LetsVPN software, you agree with all Terms and Conditions of the Services.
